Mounting hatches
Before the deck was covered with fiberglass, all the cutouts for the installation of manholes and portholes were cut. A cutout is made in the bow and a hatch for accessing the chain box located in the upper part before the fore peak bulkhead is installed, a hatch for access to the locker under the deck of the cockpit is installed behind the aft peak bulkhead. The hatch in the cockpit is set on one level with the deck, and has scuppers for water drainage.
