Installation of the outer skin of the yacht Lion 800
In the first days of May, they finished all the preparatory work and started mounting the outer skin of the Lion 800.
Completed the milling of the longitudinal set and the protruding parts of the mounting plates on which the internal lining parts were installed, the control was carried out using a bar that supported the surfaces of the two nearest stringers.
The installation of the outer skin sheets begins with the bottom plate, and goes symmetrically from the right and left sides. All the installed sheets of outer sheathing fell into place without preliminary processing and adjustment. The outer sheathing sheets are installed on an epoxy adhesive with a filler to impart greater viscosity, and are attached with stainless steel screws.
